For Zalando Private Labels I was the lead designer for the sneaker category across multiple brands, price points and fashion levels, covering both leather and PU collections. With some styles selling tens of thousands per season and only one sketch and development sample round per style, designs had to be precise, trend-driven, and efficiently executed to ensure commercial success.
